Standard rates for telephone, remote, and on site support are as follows:
Support time is billed at the rate of $125 per hour. We encourage minimums of four hours. If you are already covered under a prepaid support contract, any support time used will be deducted in increments of 15 minutes. On site service and installation time is billed door-to-door during normal business hours. (Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM Eastern)
