Returns and Exchange Policy:

Return of Defective Items: If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please call (800) 438-8850 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Packages not labeled with a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender. If a product is defective, please tell the customer service representative the details of the defect. Defective items are eligible for a 100% refund or credit after the items are returned and inspected. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Return of Unwanted Items: If you wish to return an item because you no longer have a need for it, we may be able to issue you a credit in the amount of 85% of the original purchase price. Items deemed "restockable" will be eligible for this program at the discretion of our finance department. Opened or partially used items are not eligible for return. Exchanges of Items: If you wish to exchange an item or your order for any reason, please call (800) 438-8850 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No exchanges will be accepted without an RMA number. Packages not labeled with a valid RMA number will be returned to the sender. Items you wish to exchange because of an incorrectly placed order will incur a 15% restocking fee. Opened or partially used items are not eligible for exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, at the rate of 85% of the original purchase unless deemed an exception. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Once you have received your valid RMA number, please ship your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
