This plan gives you prepaid worry-free technical support for your ID card software, printer or digital capture package.

Our technicians will work with you to solve issues in one of three ways: Remotely via the web, via toll-free calls, or on site.
(On site time is billed door-to-door)

Support time is usable in 15 minute increments.
Support time does not expire and will roll over year-to-year if not used.
